Italian legend Leonardo Bonucci agrees with Gianluigi Buffon’s belief that Napoli will finish in the top two of Serie A in 2024/25.
The Naples giants have made a major change in their managerial position, appointing experienced coach Antonio Conte after a disappointing season.
Previously, Buffon had spoken of Napoli’s great potential and predicted that the upcoming season would end either as champions or runners-up, สมัคร ufabet and Bonucci agreed with his compatriot.
“I totally agree,” Bonucci told Ufabet Sport Italia when asked about Buffon’s prediction that Napoli will finish in the top two in the 2024/25 league season.
“Napoli could not have come up with a better option after the failure they suffered last year. The team has a world-class coach. He (Conte) teaches you everything about football and gives you the right knowledge.”

Bonucci also spoke about Napoli’s new defender Alessandro Buongiorno, saying: “Alessandro could not have been a better option. Working with Conte is very important to become the best defender in the world.”
“He has the right qualities and qualities to do it. He’s smart, humble and strong.”
Napoli confirmed their purchase of Buongiorno on July 13, securing the international on a five-year contract, which will run until the summer of 2029.
Included in the 25-year-old’s contract is a €70m release clause, which will become valid after three years at the Stadio Maradona.
